At KL katealegaia we carry out industrial activities and help companies in hiring individuals with disabilities, creating a range of opportunities.

Guidance service

This is the service that KL katealegaia provides to job seekers with disabilities, aimed at improving their employability through tools and the ongoing design of various personalised actions to facilitate their integration into the workforce. To achieve this, we have teams of qualified and highly specialised human resources dedicated to the workplace integration of people with disabilities.

One of the main functions of the technical staff of the Guidance Service is to provide a meeting space where job seekers can find a reference point for their employability.

We offer personalised support aimed at achieving effective and successful workplace integration.

Identification of Skills

To do so, we will initially identify their skills through interviews and support tools.

Development of the Personalised Itinerary

Once this assessment has been carried out, we work together with the person to develop their best itinerary, providing them with the resources best suited to their needs.

Search for Job Opportunities

In short, we work with you to find the best job opportunity that fits your skills and needs.

Individualised support for employment at KL centres through Personal Support Plans.

SIPS Service for the Mediation of Deaf Individuals

Practical improvement in the integration of the deaf community at KL Katealegaia with the challenge of enhancing social and labour market integration outcomes and quality of life in the workplace for this group through actions such as: Adaptations of environments and positions, Individualised Support and families, Mediation in Sign Language, Raising awareness regarding the deaf community, etc.

Coordination protocol with the Mental Health Network of Gipuzkoa

Protocol between KL Katealegaia and the Mental Health Network of Gipuzkoa (Osakidetza) that establishes the coordination process and tools for referral, integration, follow-up, and intervention with individuals with mental illness in Gipuzkoa. The aim is to enhance the integration and quality of life of these individuals within the employment resources of this organisation.

People at Risk of Exclusion. Landuz

Developed in collaboration with the Department of Social Policy of Gipuzkoa Provincial Council, this programme focuses on facilitating employment and providing on-the-job support for individuals at risk of or experiencing social exclusion. It emphasises the creation of stable jobs and the promotion of gender equality in access to employment.

Support Tools

KL Katealegaia, through its Urratsez Urrats methodology, has developed a tool that measures the gap between an individual’s skills and the job requirements, facilitating the implementation of personalised plans and improving employment outcomes. It also promotes on-the-job training for people with disabilities, with a focus on digitalisation, to enhance their skills and open up more job opportunities in digital environments.

Supported Employment for people

We offer a mediation service to companies and individuals to facilitate and promote the hiring of people with disabilities in other companies.
People with disabilities

We help people with disabilities to find opportunities in other companies in Gipuzkoa. To do so, we assess the person’s ability and try to guide them towards the job offer that best suits them.

Job offers managed by the professionals of the Supported Employment Unit (EcA). Using this methodology, we offer dual support during all the stages of starting and holding onto a job.

The aim of this individual and personalised support is for people with disabilities to carry out their tasks autonomously and efficiently, just like other employees in similar positions, in accordance with the company’s requirements.

LanAukera

This project, co-financed by the European Social Fund and Gipuzkoa Provincial Council under the EHLABE framework, aims to foster social innovation in the search for job opportunities. It focuses on two key areas: training individuals to develop job-oriented skills through professional certification, and seeking job opportunities in new markets while adapting environments, processes, and roles to better suit the profiles of these individuals, thereby facilitating their integration into the workforce.
