Complaints channel
At KL Katealegaia, we are committed to regulatory compliance, integrity, and social responsibility in all our activities.
We provide all persons who have or have had a professional relationship with our organization (employees, former employees, suppliers, collaborators, volunteers, candidates, and third parties with a legitimate interest) with an Internal Information Channel that guarantees confidentiality, anonymity, and protection against retaliation, in accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements.
Through this channel, it is possible to securely and confidentially report possible infringements, irregularities, or non-compliance in the following areas:
- Workplace Harassment Channel
To report situations of workplace harassment, sexual harassment or harassment based on sex, violence, or any other behavior that undermines the dignity of individuals in the work environment.
