\u00bfC\u00f3mo iniciaste tu etapa en KL?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Me llamo Maite y empec\u00e9 a trabajar en KL katealegaia hace 33 a\u00f1os, gracias a una amiga que me inform\u00f3 de que hab\u00eda una empresa que ofrec\u00eda trabajo a personas con discapacidad. Hice una entrevista de trabajo y al poco tiempo me seleccionaron. Recuerdo que me hizo mucha ilusi\u00f3n, me llamaron un d\u00eda antes de navidad y estaba tan feliz que casi no me sal\u00edan las palabras.<\/p>\n

Aquello no era a\u00fan KL katealegaia tal y como lo conocemos ahora, sino peque\u00f1as iniciativas locales. El taller donde comenc\u00e9 mi etapa estaba situado en Martutene, y \u00e9ramos un peque\u00f1o equipo de 12 trabajadores en total de los cuales ya solo quedamos dos. Es incre\u00edble c\u00f3mo pasa el tiempo. Empez\u00f3 siendo mi primer trabajo y \u00fanico trabajo, y despu\u00e9s de tantos a\u00f1os, estoy a punto de jubilarme.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1l ha sido tu experiencia en KL, tanto en lo personal como en lo profesional?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mi experiencia en KL ha sido muy positiva, me he sentido parte de una gran familia desde el comienzo y me voy muy agradecida por todo. El equipo humano que forma KL est\u00e1 lleno de personas que me han acompa\u00f1ado y apoyado a trav\u00e9s de todos estos a\u00f1os, siempre dispuestos a echarme una mano y ayudarme en todo. Es algo que valoro mucho.<\/p>\n

Yo tengo un discapacidad de movilidad y suelo tener ca\u00eddas, pero todos mis compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras han estado siempre ah\u00ed para ayudarme, y no solo eso, el sentimiento de equipo y de familia dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n va m\u00e1s all\u00e1, cuando alguien siente que has tenido un mal d\u00eda, enseguida te ayudan a sentirte mejor. Nos ayudamos entre todos.<\/p>\n

En lo profesional se crece mucho. Cuando vienes de no haber trabajado nunca, a trabajar en una empresa como KL, haces lo posible por mejorar y demostrar que est\u00e1s a la altura de lo que requiere tu trabajo. Mostrar tu val\u00eda como persona es vital.<\/p>\n

Mi trabajo en KL era de despiece, aunque a veces tambi\u00e9n realizaba bolsas de antenas, eran trabajos sencillos sin mucho peso, adecuados a mi condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n

En todos estos a\u00f1os \u00bfQu\u00e9 evoluci\u00f3n crees que ha experimentado KL katealegaia como empresa?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mucha evoluci\u00f3n, ha sido una evoluci\u00f3n progresiva con los a\u00f1os que ha hecho que hoy KL sea una empresa que cuida a sus trabajadores, que adapta los puestos y trabaja en las mejoras, que ha aumentado sus infraestructuras y que cuenta con un equipo de profesionales que velan por nuestra seguridad y gestiona el rumbo de la organizaci\u00f3n. Es una maquina bien engrasada, de la que yo he sido part\u00edcipe desde el inicio, hasta hoy.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 valores tiene KL que le hacen diferente a otras empresas?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Muchos de nosotros sin empresas como KL no tendr\u00edamos acceso a mercado laboral, desgraciadamente. Creo que a todos deber\u00edan darnos la oportunidad de trabajar. Las personas con discapacidad tenemos el mismo derecho que cualquier otra persona, y tambi\u00e9n queremos trabajar.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 planes tienes ahora para esta nueva etapa de jubilaci\u00f3n que comienzas?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Han sido tantos a\u00f1os, que ahora se me hace extra\u00f1o pensar en que afronto una nueva etapa en mi vida, pero la recibo con ilusi\u00f3n y con muchos sue\u00f1os aun por cumplir. Me he apuntado a tres cursillos; uno de pilates para seguir haciendo ejercicio y cuidar mi cuerpo, otro de dibujo y pintura, pues me encanta el arte renacentista en toda su expresi\u00f3n y un \u00faltimo que me hace mucha ilusi\u00f3n sobre narrativa creativa con Luisa Etxenike, escritora de Donostia, con quien ya realic\u00e9 dos cursillos hace un tiempo en Okendo y que ahora quiero mejorar mi narrativa, para quien sabe si escribir un libro de aqu\u00ed a un tiempo.<\/p>\n
