{"id":7691,"date":"2021-05-24T14:16:26","date_gmt":"2021-05-24T12:16:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupokl.com\/?p=7691"},"modified":"2021-05-24T14:16:26","modified_gmt":"2021-05-24T12:16:26","slug":"kl-recibe-el-nivel-oro-en-la-certificacion-de-la-gestion-de-la-diversidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupokl.com\/fr\/kl-recibe-el-nivel-oro-en-la-certificacion-de-la-gestion-de-la-diversidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Dentro del Programa Elkar-Anitz impulsado por la Mancomunidad de Urola Kosta, KL recibe el Nivel Oro en la certificaci\u00f3n de la Gesti\u00f3n de la Diversidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La gesti\u00f3n de la diversidad, en su sentido m\u00e1s amplio, se ha vuelto un aspecto imprescindible a nivel social, es por ello que la Mancomunidad de Urola Kosta, lleva trabajando este tema desde 2018.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, ha puesto en marcha el proyecto \u201cGesti\u00f3n de la diversidad en Urola Kosta\u201d, que tiene como finalidad ayudar a las empresas de la comarca a definir e implantar f\u00f3rmulas avanzadas para hacer frente a la gesti\u00f3n de la diversidad.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta la fecha, 6 empresas de la comarca han participado en esta iniciativa, entre ellas KL katealegaia y su planta de Zarautz, que esta semana ha recibido, por parte de Tecnalia, el m\u00e1ximo nivel en la certificaci\u00f3n de su gesti\u00f3n de la Diversidad.<\/p>\n<p>KL se uni\u00f3 al proyecto en 2020, y en ese tiempo, se ha elaborado un diagn\u00f3stico y un Plan de Gesti\u00f3n para la Diversidad (2020-2024).<\/p>\n<p>Para KL katealegaia, la promoci\u00f3n de la Diversidad es un componente clave dentro de sus procesos de gesti\u00f3n, entendiendo como diversidad la medida del grado en el que las personas integrantes de KL son \u00fanicas y valiosas entre s\u00ed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La gesti\u00f3n de la diversidad, en su sentido m\u00e1s amplio, se ha vuelto un aspecto imprescindible a nivel social, es por ello que la Mancomunidad de Urola Kosta, lleva trabajando este tema desde 2018.
