Dentro de estos fines, est\u00e1n muy presentes la responsabilidad, el respeto y el compromiso con la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>Proyectos como Ikurrin, ayudan a favorecer esta apuesta a trav\u00e9s de la gesti\u00f3n del talento de las personas de nuestra entidad, de cara a mejorar su desarrollo profesional y social en KL. Esta herramienta de valoraci\u00f3n de las competencias claves, busca el desarrollo y la aportaci\u00f3n de valor tanto a la organizaci\u00f3n como a la sociedad en la mejora del empleo y su calidad. Cabe destacar tambi\u00e9n el apoyo del Departamento de Promoci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica, Turismo y Medio Rural de DFG a este proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>En el \u00e1mbito de empleo de personas con discapacidad en otras empresas, durante el mes de enero, KL katealegaia renov\u00f3 por octavo a\u00f1o consecutivo el Convenio del Programa Incorpora de la Obra Social La Caixa para el ejercicio 2021. Dentro del programa de Empleo con Apoyo, podemos destacar en este primer trimestre 9 inserciones (contratos), 12 ofertas de empleo gestionadas, y en el \u00e1mbito global, se est\u00e1 realizando el seguimiento a 65 personas desde 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de ello, KL sigue con la participaci\u00f3n activa en Ferias de empleo y en una ocasi\u00f3n m\u00e1s, en la del Grado de Ingenier\u00eda Dual de IMH Campus, donde present\u00f3 a los j\u00f3venes el modelo de empresa KL, as\u00ed como de la importancia de incorporar talento y ayudarles a ellos\/as en sus desarrollos profesionales. Fruto de este trabajado colaborativo es que Irati Eguren, esta realizando su formaci\u00f3n dual en KL Katealegaia.
