Ha logrado mantener el empleo de 1000 personas con distintas capacidades en sus 12 centros productivos, as\u00ed como en su Programa de Empleo con Apoyo (ECA). Ha obtenido un resultado positivo dentro de la senda de sostenibilidad del proyecto y ha logrado tambi\u00e9n cumplir con los objetivos marcados dentro de su Plan de Gesti\u00f3n para el a\u00f1o y que son base para el periodo actual de actividad.<\/p>\n<p>De cara al nuevo ejercicio 2022, durante esta semana se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo sesiones de informaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n con las personas de las distintas \u00e1reas de responsabilidad de la organizaci\u00f3n, repasando este cierre y compartiendo los retos de futuro incluidos en el Plan de Gesti\u00f3n 2022. Un Plan de Gesti\u00f3n que incluye los objetivos para el a\u00f1o 2022 en sus distintas \u00e1reas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Industrial (Digitalizaci\u00f3n, Proyecto Batu Mejora Continua, Nuevos Desarrollos, Evoluci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica y Organizacional).<\/li>\n<li>Personas (Comunicaci\u00f3n, Formaci\u00f3n, Apoyo a las Personas con Especiales Dificultades, Acogida e Igualdad).<\/li>\n<li>Programas de Empleabilidad (Orientaci\u00f3n, Landuz Riesgo de Exclusi\u00f3n, Gorsare Personas Sordas, Aukerability).<\/li>\n<li>Prevenci\u00f3n (Informe Ergonom\u00eda, Experiencia Riesgos Psicosociales, Charlas de Mejora con Todas las secciones).<\/li>\n<li>Otras \u00e1mbitos como Comercial, Administraci\u00f3n y Sistemas, Digitalizaci\u00f3n General, Comunicaci\u00f3n e Institucional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Asimismo, se incluye el Plan de Inversiones para el pr\u00f3ximo periodo (2022-2025).
