The expansion of facilities and production resources are the basis for establishing long-term collaborations. Such is the case of this logistics and integral assembly of switchgear project that KL katealegaia has deployed in its Errenteria plant for a benchmark company in the sector. Integrating the client’s information in KL’s ERP has required an ad hoc application to make both systems compatible for interpreting the EDI files. Another added value of this project has been the integration of purchasing and storing management, completed in 3 phases based upon component typology, enabling the final control of the product according to the traceability of its components. A significant addition of this integration dynamics with the client is the possibility of shipping the finished product to the end customer from our production plant.
