PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY
We help people with disability to find opportunities in other companies in Gipuzkoa. In order to do this, we assess the people’s skills and try and guide them towards a job offer which best adapts to them.
The offers are managed through the professionals at the Employment Support Unit (EcA).
With the support of this methodology, we carry out a double accompaniment of all the necessary processes to incorporate them into the job, as well as maintaining it.
It involves an individual and personalised accompanying whose objective is for people with disability to carry out their tasks autonomously and efficiently, just like the rest of the workers who work in similar jobs, and in accordance with company requirements.
